What is the Conjugate Club?

Since 2018, Louie Simmons and his staff at The Conjugate Clubs has provided members with exclusive access to programming that athletes have used to break multiple world records. Weekly programming is broken down by upper body, lower body and speed work, with specific volume provided for each. New workouts roll out every 28 days.

With a Conjugate Club unlimited access subscription, members have access to the following monthly workout options: Powerlifting, Tactical, MMA, Olympic lifting, Football, CrossFit, Body Building, Rugby and Lacrosse. We also included our Exercise Index, which demonstrates how to perform each exercise correctly.

Finally, and most importantly, members have the opportunity to get their questions answered by Westside Barbell staff, as well as Louie Simmons himself, through our Q&A sessions.

We’re confident that The Conjugate Club will be the only resource you need to unlock optimal training for maximal results.

The goal of The Club is provide everyone access to world-class training, regardless of location, skill level or goals. We look forward to growing our Conjugate Club with members eager to better themselves.
